I have used Nurabeam products since 2022…
I have used Nurabeam products since 2022 and recently my Nurabeam wrap with red-light phototherapy stopped working. I’ve had it for about 4 years and used it consistently with great health benefits during that time. My device was well past warranty & customer service kindly helped me troubleshoot mine and then offered to replace it free of charge or upgrade with a discount code. It’s hard to find great customer service and theirs has been spectacular. Nurabeam is worth it and I personally have seen results from their products from years!

The best customer service from a company!
Nurabeam literally is the best when it comes to the quality of making sure the customers get the best treatment all around. I currently have the Nurabeam Lipo Wrap belt and it's the best thing I literally have for me. I had a problem NURABEAM CUSTOMER SERVICE made sure to reassure me that they will make it their duty to help me. So know that you buying from a company that really cares all around. I have been using the lipowrap for…
I have been using the lipowrap for bloating, the wrap heats up quickly and covers my waist very well. I have noticed that my bloating has been reduced and it helps me also during my period. I have used it for knee recovery and it works. The customer service is also effective and communicative when I needed help.

Joan is the nicest customer service person I have ever dealt with… she was extremely helpful with a problem that I had and quickly remedied the issue. I love my Lupo wrap and battery pack due to her help. The company really cares about making the customer happy.

I highly recommend NuRabeam products!
As a customer for over a year, and having purchased several products, I can truthfully say that all the NuRabeam products I have bought and used all do exactly what they are advertised to do. My favorite is the LipoMat! Used regularly, followings the guidelines provided by NuRabeam, I have completely changed and “sculpted” the shape of my upper arms, abdomen, hips and legs. You will not see INSTANT results and their use WILL NOT replace exercise. They DO NOT make you “lose weight” but regular use has definitely changed and improved the appearance of my upper arms, abdomen, hips and legs. I couldn’t be more pleased. Their customer service has proven to be second to none! Responsive, helpful, accommodating and very professional. If you’re trying to decide between products and considering another brand, do you yourself a favor, even it’s a bit more expensive—get the NuRabeam brand! You won’t regret it and you are definitely worth it!

Lipo Wrap pad in bought in 2023
I purchased a Lipo Wrap pad in 2023. It is very well-made and has helped take my wellness to a new level. I use it on my waist for firming my skin. I also use it on my shoulders, back, neck or wherever I have pain or inflammation. There are many red light therapy pads out there and most are made in China. Nurabeam is a USA company, and they stand behind their products. My power cord stopped working, and when I called customer service they were very helpful. I highly recommend their products.
