I love my Nurabeam lipo belts. I have two and use them for all my red light therapy. I use on my tummy, thighs, or hang them up and stand in front of them on my vibration plate. Great product that I’ve used for a few years now. Customer service was also great when one of my kids lost a cord, I was outside of my warranty, but they sent me a new cord anyway! Thanks NuRabeam!
Customer Service. Products are inferior. Received hand therapy red light unit, product failed to function working 10 days after use. Return process took 2 months: (3) troubleshooting proof no work emails to get an RMA; over (6) prompt email exchanges after product returned to get a refund; additional 10 days to credit back to card. (2) Prior product purchases: hydrogen water bottle worked for about 6 weeks, slowly stops hydrogen bubbles, no longer works, charge time is 6 hours on unit, only last about 3 hydrogen cycles. Overpriced inferior products. Customer service unprofessional timeconsuming repetitive nonsense emails.
HuThe product is defective. A black plastic like cover is literally covering all the lights. Wet glue is covering the lights and plastic. Wires are hanging off the lights. Their customer service is not responding. Terrible product and do not waste money with a defective product.They have replied and as of 5/5/26 they are working on resolution. Will update upon completion.

I own several Nurabeam products and absolutely love each one! I tried similar products from other companies and they simply don't measure up to Nurabeam. Nurabeam products perform exactly as described and the results for me have been phenomenal. I have been a repeat customer for about 4 years and their customer service is top tier. In the very rare event that you have a problem, they are very swift to bring you a viable resolution. Great customer service has become almost non existant these days but this company actually cares about their customers and it shows. I have recommended this company to several friends of mine after they saw my results. Two friends recently made purchases and are pleased with their products and results as well. I would give 10 stars if I could!

I bought my lipo wrap 2 years ago and have used it consistently every few days. I have lipodema/ lymphedema in my legs and it helps so much with the inflammation and helps keep them drained . I also have list many inches off of my stomach and arms with it. It goes on vacation with me too! I will be purchasing the battery charger for it so I can use it while on long car rides! It has become part of my health and wellness regimen. I absolutely recommend this device!! Thank you NuRabeam!!
I have had my wrap for almost 4 years now, I love it and when I use it every day I totally see the difference.. I use it mostly on my stomach, and I can see how helps with bloating and the appearance of cellulites I wish they could make like entire short you could put on as a treatment for overall cellulites on thighs and on my behind! Just an idea! :) I will be all over it since I know how good the wrap works. Customer service is a A+, quick, and friendly! Thank you!
NuRabeam has helped to improve the appearance my skin after pregnancy. Along with exercise, I noticed my skin recover better, and look less saggy, and stretch marks have reduced significantly. I also love how it helps with pain management, and cramps or soreness in my abdomin. I've even used it for family members with pain or inflamed areas, they all said it helped reduce the swelling they were experiencing, and felt the joints they used it on had less pain and more flexibility. The customer service is also the absolute best. All around a great experience with Nurabeam.
